Teenagers and Communication (as submitted to Planetary Magazine)

Teenagers nowadays have a lot of communication possibilities than older generations. The older generations didn’t have so much technology and could basically communicate through personal chats. Times have changed and culture has changed allowing teens to talk a lot especially about things that are not important.
The invention that had the first impact on how teens communicate was the TV however, things would really change in the early 90´s with the invention of the PC (personal). When teens realized what PC could do to them it was a bomb in society because teens would spend hours in front of the computer using the internet and its chats were getting more and more popular and started to become a problem. The youth was starting to substitute real friendships for virtual friendships, and become lazy and fat.
We can conclude that teens love to communicate but not always technology helps them to socialize and learn with the world to become a better person.
